IBase announces expandable Edge AI computer with Up to 99 TOPS

IBase has announced the CMI211-1005, a compact and expandable edge AI computer powered by Intel Core Ultra 200H Series processors. Integrating CPU, GPU, and NPU computing engines, the system delivers up to 99 TOPS of AI performance to accelerate real-time inference, intelligent data processing, and decision-making at the edge. Its compact form factor makes it well suited for smart manufacturing, machine vision, industrial automation, intelligent retail, and other space-constrained AI applications.

Engineered to accelerate the development of intelligent edge solutions, the CMI211-1005 supports up to 96GB of DDR5 memory and features a PCIe Gen 4 x4 expansion slot for AI accelerators, frame grabbers, communication cards, and other application-specific modules. Two M.2 M-key sockets support high-speed NVMe storage, while an additional M.2 E-key socket enables wireless connectivity. This flexible architecture allows system integrators to tailor and scale the platform to meet diverse performance, storage, and connectivity requirements.

The CMI211-1005 also provides comprehensive I/O connectivity, including three 2.5GbE LAN ports, dual USB Type-C ports, HDMI, DisplayPort, multiple USB interfaces, and serial ports for connecting cameras, sensors, displays, and industrial equipment. Combining integrated AI acceleration, high-speed networking, flexible expansion, and a compact industrial design, the CMI211-1005 gives system integrators a reliable and scalable platform for building next-generation edge intelligence solutions
