YMelexis becomes a direct supplier to BYD, deepening global EV collaboration
Melexis has signed a Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) with BYD, a leading OEM. This milestone elevates Melexis to a direct supplier within BYD’s global procurement ecosystem, formalising and deepening a long-standing collaboration to drive the next generation of electric vehicles (EVs).
By establishing direct purchasing and supply processes, the MPA optimises operational efficiency, minimises supply chain complexity, and provides the agility needed to rapidly scale next-generation EV technologies.

The agreement aligns with Melexis’ long-term strategy to strengthen its position with leading automotive manufacturers worldwide and expand its presence in key electrification applications.
